The main technical method comprises the following steps: selecting a raw material containing silicon, aluminum, calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium oxides, grinding into raw material powder, oxidizing and calcining at the temperature of not lower than 1210 DEG C until the phase is stable, and quenching to obtain clinker; and adding 0-3% of caustic alkali to the latter, grinding to obtain cement powder, and maintaining the hydrated cement at normal temperature for more than 7 days....

(57) The invention discloses a preparation method of low-carbon general cement. The main technical method comprises the following steps: selecting a raw material containing silicon, aluminum, calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium oxides, grinding into raw material powder, oxidizing and calcining at the temperature of not lower than 1210 DEG C until the phase is stable, and quenching to obtain clinker; and adding 0-3% of caustic alkali to the latter, grinding to obtain cement powder, and maintaining the hydrated cement at normal temperature for more than 7 days. The cement has the advantages of low carbon, energy saving, waste utilization, environmental protection and good expected durability.
