Guido Hesse and Finn Laugesen lead the Customer Support

Together with his Danish colleague Finn Laugesen, Guido Hesse has recently also taken charge of Customer Support at the Beumer Group. Now both of them control the global centre of competence and define, together with their team, the technical and organisational principles of services and support for the Beumer products.

An industrial engineering graduate, Hesse’s objective is to further advance the strategic development of his international team and ensure smooth communication between the different locations worldwide.

Guido Hesse can draw on his comprehensive experience.  Before joining Beumer Group he held various commercial management positions in the machine and plant engineering industry with a strong focus on international business. Hesse took care of subsidiaries abroad and worked as commercial director in Mexico. He realised successful turnkey projects in large-scale plant engineering for the cement industry. Since 2013 he has been working for Beumer Group. Prior to his appointment as director of Customer Support, he was managing director of the Mexican group company.
