RHI AG: New CFO

Henning Eskild Jensen (Fig.), MBA, was appointed new Chief Financial Officer of RHI AG at the Supervisory Board Meeting on 16.12.2009. Born in Norway, Jensen was previously a member of the Management Board of the US electronics manufacturer Tyco Electronics and will assume his new function in January 2010. At the same time, Rudolf Payer, member of the Management Board of RHI AG and until now responsible for Business Administration, informed the Supervisory Board at today’s meeting that he will not extend his Management Board contract, which expires on 30.06.2010, on his own request. The Supervisory Board thanks Rudolf Payer for many years of commitment to the company and wishes him all the best for his further career.
