Two 12 000 t/d kiln systems for China
Following on the success of two 10 000 t/d cement clinker kiln lines from Polysius that have been in operation at Anhui Conch Cement since 2004, Wuhu Conch Cement Ltd. decided to continue their successful partnership with Polysius and ordered two 12 000 t/d kiln lines. These are to be installed at Wuhu in the Chinese province of Anhui.
The 5-stage and 2-string DOPOL® preheater will be equipped with a PREPOL®-MSC calciner and an SNCR system. Two calciner burners will be installed in the calciner and a POLFLAME® clinkering zone burner is to be used in the 96 m long rotary kiln.
More than 100 years ago, Polysius supplied the first cement plant to China. Polysius is now represented by a subsidiary in Shanghai, providing close support and direct service for Chinese customers.
